Product description
Vauhti’s steel brush removes wax left deep in the base structure after scraping. The fine steel bristles reach where the scraper cannot, clearing the structure before further brushing and polishing.
Using the steel brush after waxing
- When using solid glide wax, scrape off the excess before you start brushing.
- Brush from tip to tail with light pressure and even strokes. Let the bristles remove the wax residue from the structure.
- Finish with a nylon brush to remove loose residue and polish the glide surface.
The steel brush can also be used after liquid glide wax when the wax instructions call for metal brushing. Let the wax dry completely before brushing.
Cleaning before the next waxing
You can also use the brush with Vauhti Clean & Glide to loosen dirt from the base structure. Keep the brush clean, especially if you alternate between cleaning and brushing after waxing.
