Product description
Cut protection above the waist too. Diston The Core gives the upper body a protective layer under the race suit. Four-way stretch lets the top follow the shoulders, arms and torso as you work with the poles or move into a tuck.
The material is tested to 4 FIS stars and is designed to reduce the risk of cuts from sharp ski edges. It also has abrasion resistance of level 4 of 4 under EN 388:2016. This is the highest level in the abrasion test and is a separate property from cut resistance.
A fit for movement under the race suit
The men's model comes in S, M and L. Use the chest measurement in the size chart and choose a close fit that lets your arms and upper body move freely. Try it with a race suit and other protective gear. Also check how the top and trousers meet when bending forwards, so the protective layer covers you in the skiing stance too.
