Gliding whey with a medium fluoride content (MF). Medium fluorine gliders are suitable for all snow conditions when the relative humidity is < 55% or as a base for high fluorine gliders.

The addition of negatively charged fluorine atoms in MF dikes copes with moisture much better compared to standard slide dikes (CH) and low fluorine dikes (LF). These can be used as a base for pure fluoride or alone in low temperatures with medium humidity in the grooves.
