Swix Fibertex T267N Combipack.

Fibertex is commonly used for cross-country skis to roughen up the grip zone under the ski. For alpine skis, and cross-country skis for that matter, it is good to have to polish the base repairs. Fibertex is also used to remove oxidized base, remove microfibers from the base, and open up the structure of the base so that it can receive more wax, without destroying the structure of the skis.

Contains three different fibertex in the size of 150x110mm. Fine (T266), Medium (T264), and Medium/Coarse (T266N).

Swix Fibertex T266 - Fine (White).
Based on flintstone as abrasive. Used for example on freshly stone-ground skis to remove the finest microfibers from the base. Gives your base the finest surface possible.

Swix Fibertex T264N - Medium (Gray).
Based on silicon carbide as abrasive. To freshen up and open up the structure of the base. Removes hardened oxidized base that has not been waxed for a long time. Also removes microfibers from the base that have been torn up by coarse-grained abrasive snow.

Swix Fibertex T266N - Medium/Coarse (Purple).
Based on aluminum oxide as abrasive. Very uniform abrasive particles that give an even result. Very good for smoothing out scratches in damaged bases. Also used before waxing to remove oxidized base and open up the structure of the base so that it can receive more wax. Also removes microfibers from the base that have been torn up by coarse-grained abrasive snow.
