Diston The Core has four-way stretch that follows movement in the hips and knees, with a close fit under the race suit.

The material is tested to 4 FIS stars and is designed to reduce the risk of cuts from contact with sharp ski edges. It also achieves the highest level in the EN 388:2016 abrasion test. Cut resistance and abrasion resistance are different properties that together make these trousers a carefully considered protective layer for alpine skiers.

The right length makes a difference

The trousers come in S, M and L, with standard or extra-long legs in each size. This makes it easier to find a combination that suits both your build and leg length. Choose a close fit that does not restrict movement, and try them with boots and a race suit. Check that protection extends from the hip to the top of the boot, including in your skiing stance.

Size guide: See the size chart and how to measure for the right size.

Features and specifications

Cut protection: 4 FIS stars, CRG 2021.

Abrasion resistance: level 4 of 4 according to EN 388:2016.

Close-fitting Racing Fit with four-way stretch.

Men's model in sizes S, M and L.

Two leg lengths: standard and extra long.

Silver-coloured material with a black/blue elastic waistband.

Read more about Diston's cut protection and what the FIS stars mean.
